探讨建筑工程项目施工成本控制 　　摘要：面对当前日益加剧的市场竞争和当前的金融危机压力，施工企业必须加强工程项目的成本管理，实施成本控制，尤其是在施工过程中进行项目成本管理，它可以促进改善经营管理，提高企业管理水平，合理补偿施工耗费，保证企业再生产的进行，促进企业不断挖掘潜力，降低成本，提高效益，提升企业整体竞争力。本文结合笔者多年建筑项目工程造价控制与管理实践经验，详细分析探讨了建筑工程项目成本控制的内容、特点及主要控制措施。 　　 　　关键词：建筑工程；成本控制 　　Abstract: Faced with the increasing market competition and the pressure of current financial crisis, the construction enterprises must strengthen the cost management of the project, and implement the cost control, especially in the construction process. It can promote the improvement of operation management and corporate management level, reasonably compen
