These challenges, the Financing for SMEs bear the brunt of the entire country is highly concerned about a problem. The fundamental purpose of enterprises financing is reasonable raise and use funds to acquire a certain amount of revenue, but the funding along with a variety of different levels of risk, fundraising risk is a significant risk related to the survival and development of enterprises in the market economy environment. all kinds of enterprises are different degrees of facing the fundraising risk, fundraising risk could be used by enterprises, application and control properly will bring benefits, improper control will bring the losses, and even disaster. Fundraising risk analysis is particularly important. This paper defines the fundraising risk and the SMEs respectively, further introduces the financing situation of SMEs, and analysis of internal and external causes of the existence of fundraising risks, Finally, based on the case to put forward preventive measures.
