Animation it has vivid image, a large amount of information, faster transmission characteristics, have a strong appeal for children. A visual image of the animation, not only enable children to be happy, but also through the animation so that children can increase knowledge, broaden ones horizon. But the animation as a strong media and cultural forms of communication, negative impact on children it is also a huge, potential. It is an important factor affecting the socialization of children; in a friendly, relaxed appearance but to the viewer a transformation, to shape the viewer on the attitudes and values of social rules. This paper mainly studies the four aspects of the animation on childrens psychological, physical, learning, behavior of the negative impact of the problem, by analyzing the causes, a preliminary discussion on how to promote the development of animation should guide students, to the growth of children to create a good social environment, put forward the corresponding solution from the teachers point of view, perspective, animation workers the responsibility of the parents and pupils angle angle at the same time.
