本科毕业论文 题目名称： 区域物流资源整合的研究 学 院： 专业年级： 学生姓名： 班级学号： 指导教师： 摘要 国外发达国家早在几十年前，就已认识到物流产业的重要性，并加大国家宏观调控的能力。我国由于计划经济的影响物流业被分割成各个职能部门，造成缺乏统一规划、统一调控、统一协调的局面，严重影响了区域物流的发展，同时也影响了国民经济的进程。物流企业作为区域物流的主体，对发展区域物流有着至关重要的作用，而我国大多数的物流企业规模小、物流资源分散，所以要想发展区域物流必须对物流企业进行有效的资源整合，这样才能起到推动我国物流业发展的作用。本文正是以此作为出发点研究的。本文阐述了区域物流资源整合的基本概念及理论基础、区域物流资源整合存在的问题、区域物流资源整合的必要性、区域物流资源整合。最后，通过对区域物流资源整合的发展思路和模式的研究，提出了区域物流实施资源整合的措施和建议。 关键词：区域物流；物流系统；资源整合 Abstract Many years ago, foreign developed countries had realized the importance of logistics industry and strengthened macro-control. Because of the plan-economic , logistics was divided into functional departments, which resulted in a condition of lacking united control and united coordinate. In all, not only regional logistics but also national economic were affected seriously. As the regional logistics’ main part, logistics enterprise plays an important role in developing regional logistics. However, most of the logistics enterprises here have little sales and dispersed resource. Thus, it’s necessary to integration resource effectively so that the regional logistics can develop smoothly, which advances the development of logistics industry at the same time. It is researched on the basic of what mentioned above. In this paper, the primary conception and theory of the resource integration of regional logistics, the existing problem and the necessary to make up the resources are talked about. Last but not least, by studying the developing routes and models of regional logistics resource conformity, the measurements and suggestions to integration resource of regional logistics are raised.
