工程项目管理模式的研究探索 院 系：机电工程系 专 业 班：焊接技术及自动化 姓 名：田学琛 学 号：201207060002 指导老师：尹苗苗 2015年2月 摘 要 随着加入WTO后市场格局的改变和我国体制改革的推进，建筑业项目管理始终在日 新月异地进行着深层次的变革和完善，涌现出各种不同内涵的工程项目管理模式，为建 筑业企业的健康、快速和可持续发展提供了有益的借鉴。这些工程项目管理模式虽然给 我国建筑业的进步和发展起到了促进作用，但总体运作层次较低，相关理论的研究也不 够系统和全面，工程项目管理实践活动也没有系统地总结经验。 本文正是从这一角度出发，结合图表较全面的总结了国外先进的十二种工程项目管 理模式的产生、定义、类型、应用领域、优点、缺点等;从项目法施工、项目法人责任 制、工程项目管理理论基本框架和全过程项目管理四条线索探讨我国建筑业工程项目管 理模式的应用与发展;吸收和借鉴国外较为适用的管理思想和管理模式，进一步提出适 应中国建筑业实践的管理模式，首次提出WDD-B模式，指出其是社会发展的必然趋势， 提出适应我国建筑业发展的基本模式WDD-B+ Partnering Pattern，并阐述了这种模式 的积极作用，在此基础上进一步提出EPC+WDD-B+ Partnering Pattern, PMC+ WDD-B+ Partnering Pattern等组合模式，为建筑业项目管理工作的逐渐成熟和完善奠定基础。 关键词:工程项目管理模式 建筑业生产方式 WDD-B模式 Partnering 模式 模式研究 Abstract With the transformation of market situation after entry into WTO and the,push of systemic reform, architectural project management has been developed rapidly and profoundly, a variety of construction project management patterns with different meanings emerging. Thus it is beneficial to the sustainable and speedy growth of architectural enterprises. Despite that the patterns have contributed to architecture’s progress and development, interrelated theory research is not comprehensive and systematic enough. Besides, the construction project management practices deserve better research. Based on these cases, the thesis summarizes the origins, definitions, types, merits, and pitfalls of the twelve foreign advanced patterns in terms of diagrams, and explores the application and improvement of domestic construction project management patterns through approach to four clues of means of project construction, legal person responsibility system, elementary framework of construction project management theory, and project management of entire process. By taking advantage of the foreign patterns, it puts forward, an appropriate and original project management pattern--WDD-B Pattern, an inevitable tendency, and WDD-B+ Partnering Pattern with elaboration of its advantages.
