Abstract : As an applicable sociological research method, social networks analysis (SNA) has solved lots of problems in sociology successfully, being widespread concerned. With the development of information technology, more and more social relation data have been collected. Effectively analyzing these data will help the people understand the properties of society, and promote the development of sociology. However, the growth of data presented a huge challenge to the analysis method. Now the dimension of social network has already gone beyond the scope of the handling capacity of the original analytical tools. Some more effective tool should be utilized to complete the analysis tasks. Data Mining helps people find a potentially useful knowledge from Massive Data, and play an important role in many fields. Data mining could only handle flat data in the past. After several decades of development, data mining can deal with the relational data with complex structure.
