Methods: ( 1) Serum level of CA199 and CA242 in 41patient with colorectal carcinoma and 25 healthy people were determined with ELISA; ( 2) Of the 41 patient , 28 rectal ti ue pecimen near the carcinoma and 30 normal colorectal ti ue pecimen were examined with hi tochemi try technique for the po itive rate of CA199 and CA242. Results: The average erum level of CA199 and CA242 were ( 48. 83 38. 75) U/ ml and ( 39. 68 34. 58) U/ ml, and their po itive rate were 41% and 63% re pectively in patient with colorectal carcinoma. The combined po itive rate wa 78% . They were ignif
