In this paper, the influence factors of dividend policy as the research object, first introduced the types and distribution of dividend policy such as the basis of relevant theories, and analyzes the characteristics of dividend policy now. And respectively from the following three aspects to analyze the influence factors of dividend policy: the company characteristic factors, corporate governance factors, and institutional and behavioral factors. Companies are analyzed in detail on the internal and external factors, and give full consideration to the Chinas national conditions. This topic research has rich theoretical significance, and to consummates our country financial markets, as well as to provide experience for the management of the securities market.
