This control system creates/ maintains the flow states for timesensitive voice streams to reserve the network resources and guar antees the statistical traffic characteristics through the virtual round robin algorithm during data transmission according to the result of admission control . This paper firstly describes the architecture of QoS control system , secondly gives the admission control algorithm and traffic control algorithm ,finally discusses the effect of QoS control according the analysis of the test data .
