摘 要 农产品供应链的构建有利于降低交易成本，提升农产品质量，促进农业 产业化发展。保证农产品供应链的稳定不仅可以增强链上各成员自身的竞争 力，而且有助于整个农业经济效益的提高。目前，国内对供应链以及农产品 供应链的理论研究颇多，但在农产品供应链的稳定性研究方面，理论及实践 都较少。 本文运用层次分析法，从内外部环境两个方面剖析了影响农产品供应链 稳定性的因素，主要包括企业规模实力、利益分配情况以及人力资源情况等。 通过理论联系实际，采用对绵阳市具有代表性的10家农产品加工龙头企业 进行问卷调查和重点访问的方法，尽可能详细地收集到相关信息，并运用 spss软件和主成分分析法对以加工企业为核心的农产品供应链稳定性进行 排序和分析。最后，针对影响农产品供应链稳定性的因素和实证研究所得出 的结论，提出了保障农产品供应链稳定性的政策建议，以期对提高农产品的 市场竞争力有一定的借鉴作用。 关键词：农产品加工企业 农产品供应链 稳定性 Abstract The construction of agricultural chainisuseful products toreduce supply transaction the costs，enhance of qualityagricultural the products，promoting ofthe developmentagriculturalindustrialization．Theofthe stability agricultural chaincannot productssupply the onlystrengthen competitiveness ofchain members，butcan to theeconomic help benefitsofthe improve whole agriculture·At present，theoreticalstudiesof chainand supply agricultural chain P‘oducts are alot supplY atanational quite level．butthe of the stability chain agriculturalproducts isless．
