金属镁粒钝化处理的试验研究 倪红卫　茅洪祥　高运明 摘　要：用化学反应法对镁粒进行钝化处理,研究了钝化液浓度、用量、处理时间、干燥温度变化对阻燃时间的影响。在SEM下观察发现,钝化处理后镁粒表面生成了致密的钝化层,且包裹均匀。试验中采用的钝化剂具有对环境污染小、成本低、活性镁损失小等特点。关键词：镁粉　钝化　脱硫剂 Experment and Research on Magnesium Powder Passivation Ni Hongwei　Mao Hongxiang　Gao Yunming(University of Science Technology Wuhan) Abstract：With magnesium powder being passivated in chemical reaction way, the effects of concentration, dose, treatment time and temperature changes in drying process on combustion-inhibiting time are studied in this paper.
