摘 要 这次毕业设计的课题我选择的是工程招标控制价的编制，由于本科期间开设的工程估价课程的课时较少，并且该工程工程量大，在规定的毕业设计时间内完成整个工程的预算有些困难，所以我选择了其中的一部分。 该工程是一个框架结构，在工程量计算之前做了一系列的准备工作，熟悉图纸，上网查询有关招标控制价编制的资料，系统的学习。 招标控制价的编制内容包括分部分项工程费、措施项目费、其他项目费、规费和税金GB 50500-2008中附录规定的项目编码、项目名称、项目特征、计量单位和工程量计算规则编制分部分项工程量清单。然后计算分部分项工程的清单工程量，从基础算起，采取由下向上的步骤，依次计算各分项。计算完毕后开始编制工程量清单表，然后利用广联达计价软件计算出各分部分项的计价，然后自己整理编排分部分项工程量清单与计价表。 关键词: 招标控制价；分部分项工程量清单；计价表 Abstract The topic of the graduation project I chose is the preparation of project tendering price, due to the large amount of engineering of the project, to complete the entire project budget in the prescribed time of graduation design is somewhat difficult, so I chose some of them. The project is a framework structure, a series of preparatory work before the engineering calculation, familiar with the drawings, Internet inquiries about the tender to control the price of the preparation of the information, the system of learning. After the drawings are familiar with the requirements of the project of construction projects bill of quantities specification GB 50500-2008 in Appendix code, project name,project characteristics, units of measurement and preparation of engineering calculation rules in some of the items of Bill Of Quantities.Then calculate the amount of sub-part of the project, list of works,counting from the foundation to take the steps from the bottom up,first to calculate the breakdown of the calculation is completed after the preparation of Bill Of Quantities table, and then use Guanglianda pricing software to calculate the sub-some of the items, pricing, and then finishing the arrangement of sub-part of the Bill of Quantities and pricing table.
