2014届毕业生 毕业论文 题 目:复合碱土金属氧化物RO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2玻璃料的 制备与研究 复合碱土金属氧化物玻璃料的制备与研究 复合碱土金属氧化物玻璃料的制备与研究 摘 要 在SiO2-Al2O3-B2O3-Li2O-CaO体系基础结合剂中引入种类的碱土金属氧化物，制备出陶瓷结合剂硬度测定仪、研究了碱土金属氧化物复合碱土金属氧化物对陶瓷结合剂流动性、、热膨胀系数、抗折强度、硬度性能的影响，以及磨具抗折强度、气孔率等性能的影响。表明：碱土金属氧化物复合碱土金属氧化物均使基础玻璃料的热膨胀系数增大，玻璃料#的复合玻璃料#的结合剂抗折强度最大达到了抗折强度提高了%，制得的磨具在成后，抗折强度达到磨具气孔率为%;引入BaO和ZnO的复合玻璃料在后，其硬度值达到,提高了67.21%。 关键：碱土金属氧化物结合剂剂性能 Title Research on the Preparation and Properties of Glass Frit of Complex Solonetz Metal Oxide of RO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2 Abstract Doped with different kinds of Solonetz Metal Oxide,a vitrified bond is prepared, which uses SiO2-Al2O3-B2O3-Li2O-CaO as the basic vitrified bond. Effects of single and complex solonetz metal oxide on properties of vitrified bond which include refractoriness, thermal expansion coefficient, flexural strength, hardness etc and flexural strength and porosity of abrasive tools are studied using differential ther- mal expansion instrument，Rockwell hardness tester, electronic multifunction tester, image sintering instrument etc．Results show that the properties of the glass frit doped with complex solonetz metal oxide is better than glass frit doped with the single solonetz metal oxide; the glass frit doped with solonetz metal oxide increase the expansion coefficient of the base materia glass frit;However,compared with the average thermal expansion coefficient of the base material glass 1#, the rate of increase of the glass frit doped with BaO and ZnO is minimum,and it is only 2%;the glass frit doped with ZnO and MgO had the maximal bending strength of 60Mpa, After calcination at 940℃, the flexural strength of the abrasive tools is 48.58Mpa and porosity of abrasive tools is 39.78%;after firing at 920℃；the binding hardness of the complex glass frit doped with BaO and ZnO reaches 197.53HRA, increasing respectively by 67.21%。 Keywords Solonetz Metal Oxide Glass frit Vitrified bond bond property  目 次 1引言 1 1.1陶瓷结合剂国内外研究现状 1 1.1.1陶瓷结合剂国内研究现状 1 1.1.2陶瓷结合剂国外
