Clinical Research on ShengMaiShuXin Decoction in Treatment of Premature Ventricular Contraction with Coronary Heart Disease Speciality:Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author:Xu Yuan Tutor:Professor Gao Hongchun Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the ShengMaiShuXin decoction on PVC with coronary heart disease and discuss the mechanisms of the method of supplementing qi ,nourishing yin and activating blood circulation. Method: 60 patients of coronary heart disease with PVC(Premature Ventricular Contraction) were randomly divided into observation group (30cases) and control group (30cases). WenXin pellet was given to control group. The observation group were dosed ShengMaiShuXin decoction. One course of treatment concluded four weeks. The influences of clinical effect，ECG , dynamic electrocardiogram and laboratory examination on PVC were observed before and after treatment in both groups ． Results: In the observation group, the symptoms were improved remarkably, which were significantly better than those of the control group(P0. 05) . The curative effect Of PVC in two groups had significant deviation （P0.05 ）. Conclusions: ShengMaiShuXin decoction can improve clinical symptoms and the manifestation of DCG remarkably ，reduce incidence rate of PVC and degrade the severity of PVC.
