长沙金龙大厦-酒店部分空调设计 摘要：该建筑是一幢集客房和足疗的综合性建筑。共15层，地下一层为变配电房、发电机房、油箱间、气体间、冷冻机房、水泵房等设备用房、库房、西点加工和热加工间，一层有客房、足疗室、多功能厅、包间等，二层有客房、包间等，三层~四层有客房、会议室等。 本次仅做酒店的空调设计和地下室排风排烟设计，其空调面积约12992m2，夏季总冷负荷(含新风/全热)(W)为1393kw。对于建筑中较小空间，本设计采用风机盘管加新风系统，它既有其灵活性，又便于集中运行管理。风系统中，主要采用风机盘管处理回风与新风则单独处理不承担室内负荷的方式，即将处理后的新风和处理后的回风进行混合，再送入房间，采用散流气下送，走廊回风，厕所排风的方式。水系统则采用二管制、同程式、变流量系统；排风、排烟设计则综合采用了自然排风、加压送风、机械排风等方式；这个系统由控制中心集中控制调节。在整个设计过程中注重结合土建资料，力求暖通与建筑的完美结合的设计理念。 本次设计计算力求高效、精确、全面、合理，结合计算机的强大计算功能，利用最为先进的统计计算软件，如Office中的Word，Excel等以及先进的绘图工具AutoCAD、ACS设计软件避免了原始的手算带来的不便和偏差，得出准确可靠的工程数据，为调度VAV中央空调系统的设计提供了可靠依据。 关键词：风机盘管加新风系统；气流组织；同程变流量系统；加压送风；机械排风 Changsha jinlong building - the hotel air conditioning design Abstract: the building is a guest room and pedicures comprehensive building.
