摘要 旅游业已成为现代区域经济发展的核心产业之一，旅游资源的整合与配制是当今旅游业发展的关键。杜蒙县具有丰富优质的旅游资源，但由于资源的分散性，一直以来都没有充分发挥其资源的经济价值。杜蒙县属民族地区，行政经济区替代了自然经济区，形成了以景区为单元各自为政的发展格局，使各个景区之间竞争无序，区域旅游业无法形成核心竞争力。因此，要提升旅游业的核心竞争力必须对杜蒙县旅游资源进行科学的整合，建立科学有效的整合机制，杜蒙县旅游业发展的最佳选择。 本论文共分六章： 第一章绪论主要述了选题的背景及意义，国内外的相关性研究，可能的创新与局限等方面的内容。 第二章是相关概念界定及基础理论的定义，为文章打下牢固的理论基础。 第三章是介绍杜蒙县旅游资源整合现状，包括杜蒙县及其旅游资源概况、旅游资源整合出现的问题等内容。 第四章主要是对杜蒙县旅游资源整合前提条件和保障进行阐述，为旅游资源整合做好保障工作。从强化整合机制的功能和营造整合的内外部环境手为整合的良性运转提供保障。 第五章是全文的核心部分，主要是阐述杜蒙县旅游资源整合的具体内容，包括旅游资源整合的原则，意义及整合的方法和方式并提出了相应的对策建议。 第六章是本文的研究结论与展望树立自己的观点和论文的展望。  Abstract The tourism industry has become a modern of the development of regional economy is one of the core industry,Tourism resources and the integration of preparation is the key to the development of the tourism industry,Duerboter Mongol Autonomous County( hereinafter referred to as dumeng county) With rich nationality autonomous county speeded high quality tourism resources, but because the resources of dispersion, has been all not make full use of its resources and the economic value,Because is the national regions,Administration replaced the natural economic zone,Formed a scenic area is the unit fragmented development pattern,Make every scenic area between competition and the regional tourism cant form the core competitive power.
