建筑形式演化的层次研究
本文从对前工业社会的建筑形式演化的深层次研究中，提出“建筑形式的决
定要素这个概念，以此为依据，对工业革命之后的建筑形式演化做了进一步探
讨。
在工业革命之后，建筑形式的演化呈现着与传统社会中不同的态势，对这种
新状况的研究成果，本文以划分时代的方式描述如下：
从18世纪中叶工业革命开始，一直到今天，本文以建筑学的角度对历史阶段
进行了划分：从工业革命到1950年代末期，是为建筑史上的科技时代；从1950
年代末期开始，建筑史进入商业时代，并且一直延续到1970年代：在1970年代
之后，建筑史开始进入“??”时代。
以建筑学的角度出发，1970年代之后是一个(1)“个性化时代或者(2)“商
品时代”。
