The Research of Residential morphologies for Guanzhong village under the Green Building humanistic philosophy ——The village Periphery Xunyi as an example A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Zhou Xiaozhou Supervisor：Prof. Liu Qibo Chang’an University, Xi’an, China 摘 要 随着我国经济的高速发展和现代化进程的加快，与人民生活息息相关的住宅建筑 同时取得了长足的发展。村镇经济的飞跃，使得作为村镇生活基本载体的民居，在村 民生产生活方式的转变、新型建造技术的推广、现代建筑文化传播等诸多因素的冲击 下，其居住形态无法避免的进入了传统向现代的转型时期。在这一转化过程中，传统 与现代、形式与功能、技术与经济等各种矛盾始终困扰着现代村镇民居的建设，如何 协调各要素之间的关系，使村镇民居可持续发展，成为亟待解决的问题。 本研究以陕西省咸阳市旬邑县为例，采用查阅资料、实地调研、深入分析的研究 方法，运用新兴的绿色建筑人文理念，并结合生态学、社会学、经济学等学科的相关 理论，通过对关中传统民居的聚落空间、建筑形态及建造技术等进行分析研究，剖析 关中传统民居的生态思想、生态技术，结合现代建筑技术的发展，采用“转译”的方 法提炼出关中传统民居中符合绿色建筑人文理念的技术原型，并使之应用于现今关中 村镇民居的设计中。试图发现一种适合关中村镇民居发展的生态原则及策略。并希望 对类似的村镇民居设计提供一定的参考价值。 关键词：关中村镇 ，民居建筑 ，绿色建筑人文理念 ，转译 ，居住形态 I ABSTRACT With Chinas rapid economic development and modernization process accelerated, with peoples lives, while residential construction has made great strides. Rural economic leap, making the village life as the basic carrier of the houses, the villagers produce lifestyle changes, new construction technologies, modern architecture, and many other factors, cultural transmission under the impact of their residence patterns can not be avoided into the traditional to the modern period of transition.
