The communication space of neighborhood Candidate: Ai Teng Supervisor：Prof. Li Ming Chang’an University， Xi’an ， China 摘 要 随着现代社会的发展，城市的邻里关系走向冷漠，邻里场所的影响力和约束力逐 渐消失。 立足于建筑环境心理学、社会学、行为建筑学、交往心理学、格式塔心理学的理 论研究，将邻里和谐、人与环境和谐、人自身的和谐加以深入的分析，提出营造和谐 邻里空间的建议和方法，和邻里场所在社区中的布置方法，对现有规划方法的更新、 补充和完善社区邻里场所的规划设计方法具有现实意义。 本文从交往的影响因素、特征、交往需求出发，采用实地勘察、行为观察、问卷 调研、类比分析、量化研究、文档文献查阅、实证归纳等研究方法，通过对社区邻里 场所规划设计进行比较研究，首先总结了影响交往活动的主要因素；再以邻里空间的 影响因子为基础、研究了邻里空间的主要特征；最后将二者挂钩，探寻了邻里交往空 间的设计方法，并对社区中不同类型的邻里空间设计提出了具体对策，将人的交往需 求具体落实到交往空间中。 关键词：交往，空间，邻里，交往空间 i Abstract With the development of modern society, people act indifferent in the urban neighborhoods ，meanwhile the influence and the restrict of the neighborhoods have gone away . Based on research of the Building Environmental Psychology, Sociology, Behavioral architecture, Communication psychology, Gestalt psychology, this article proposes a method which has a deep analysis of the neighborhood harmony, the harmony between people and the environment and peoples own harmony, as well as the layout method of the neighborhoods. All in all , this article make a practical significance in the update of the existing planning methods and completion of the neighborhoods planning and design. By analyzing the interaction factors, characteristics, communication needs, field surveys, behavioral observation, questionnaire survey, analogical analysis, quantitative research, documentation, literature review, empirical induction, first ， this article summarize the main factors which affect the communication activities . sec
