The Study of Clinical research on Treating both Phlegm and Blood stasis in Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris Speciality：Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author:Gao De zhen Tutor:Meng Zhao yang Abstract Objective: By treating both phlegm and blood stasis in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris clinical research, we hope to explore new treatments and the efficacy of unstable angina , and explore the mechanism of huatanquyu granule in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.And we hope to have the help to traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of unstable angina aspects. Methods: Divide the 50 patients who will meet the inclusion criteria into the treatment group 25 cases and control group 25 cases by simple random method. The control group use conventional treatment of Western medicine; The treatment group adds to the method that have the the function of Profiting qi, dispeling phlegm and promoting blood circulationon on the basis of the western medicine convention treatment foundation. Before and after the treatment record around separately the angina pectoris outbreak situation, the Chinese medicine symptom change situation, the blood pressure, the electrocardiogram, the blood rheology, four items of blood fats, the nitrogen monoxide(NO) ,fibrinogen,Gao Min C targets(hs-CRP) and other indexes. Results:The Clinical observation shows that in improving the clinical symptoms, regulating blood fats,reducing blood viscosity and platelet activation and other aspects, the treatment group are better than the control group(P0.05). Conclusion: Huatanquyu granule is a safe and effective Chinese medicine compound in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris , and has obvious clinical therapeutic effect. It can
