重金属污染区植物富集重金属效应及根际微生物和土壤酶特性分析 摘要：本文对重金属污染区植物富集重金属特征以及根际微生物的特性、土壤酶活性等进行了研究分析。结果表明，富集系数大的植物能从污染土壤中吸收和转运重金属，重金属大部分分布在植物的地上部，有较高的地上部/根部的含量比；在重金属污染条件下，微生物呼吸速率增加，代谢商增大；土壤酶活性随着重金属污染程度的加剧而显著降低。 关键词：重金属污染，超积累植物，根际微生物，土壤酶活性 Abstract: The characteristics of the enrichment of heavy metals by plants, rhizosphere microorganism, and the enzyme activity in soil were analyzed in this paper.
