CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 103 CASES OF IN-PATIENT OF POSRIASIS Speciality: Orthopaedics of TCM Author: Zhang Yuanyuan Tutor: Prof. Tang Zhikun Abstract Purpose ：Through analyzed the case history of NO.7 ward in department of dermatology of Shan Dong traditional Chinese medicine hospital in the past three years,sum up the incidence,the clinical features and the treatment experience of psoriasis in lalocal area,reinforce the cognition of psoriasis to make a better prevention and a better treatment against psoriasis. Material and method ：Make a retrospective survey from January 2009 to December 2011,make the registration list of sex,age, course of disease,duration of disease season,leng-th of stay,incentives, family history,complications,disease location,laboratory tests, clinical classification,syndrome differentiation,treatment method and efficacy of the psoriasis in NO.7 ward in department of dermatology of Shan Dong traditional Chinese medicine hospital,apply to the statistical methods to draw the conclusions. Results ： 1.General situation:In total 103 patients were treated, male to female ratio was 2.22:1,and age of onset focused on 18 to 45 years old. 2.Pathogenesis season:The disease happens more common in winter and autumn and more common in spring and summer in recurrent disease. 3.Incentives:In 51 cases we find the predisposing factors,accounting for 49.51%,and upper respiratory infection was the predisposing factor . 4.Complication:17 cases had one or more of the disease history, accounting for 16.50%.The disease history was mainly to hyperlipidemia, hypertensiondiabetes, fattyliver and other diseases. 5.Family
