The essential study of “lung-regulating water passage and transmiting into urinary bladder ” Speciality：Medical Department Of TCM Author: Zhang Yanhong Zhang Yanhong Tutor: Prof. Zhang Wei Prof. Zhang Wei Abstract The experiment makes a further exploring on the theory of “lung-regulating water passage and transmiting into urinary bladder” through stimulating healthy rats with smoke, cold exogenous pathogenic factors,cold drink and so on in the laboratory. In the experiment, 42 healthy rats (all male) were randomly divided into 3 groups, each model group had 14 rats: normal comparing group,lung-qi deficieny group,and cold-rheum lying latent in the lung group. According to the condition of grouping, each group rats that would be stimulated were separately put in the fuming box or the hypothermal attemperating box ,cold water. The molding lasted for 28 days. During the term, we observed the normal condition. After 28 days, we began to collect sampies,observing pathological changes of lung and urinary bladder, and electric-scope changes of urinary bladder; the index changes of endothelin （ET ） in blood and ET, epidermal growth factor （EGF ）, NO in urine; Detecting expresstion of P2X3 receptor protein by immunohistochemistry in urinary bladder; Detecting the expresstion of transforming-growth factor-β1 mRNA(TGF β1 mRNA) in urinary bladder by in situ hybridization; Experimental datum are analyzed by SPSS 13.0.
