Clinical Research on the Effect of the Therapy combined Jia -Wei –Yu-Lin-Zhu Decoction with Clomiphere Citrate on Infertility of Ovalution Dysfunction Speciality：Gynecology of TCM Author ：ZhuYingJie Tutor：LvMei Abstract Objective: To observe Clinical Research on the Effect of the therapy combined Jia-Wei –Yu-Lin-Zhu Decoction with clomiphere citrate on Infertility of Ovalution Dysfunction and explore explore its function mechanism. Methods: 70 patients were divided into two groups randomly:the treatment group (35cases treated with Jia-Wei-Yu-Lin-Zhu Decoction and clomiphere citrate)and the control group(35cases treated with clomiphere citrate) Observe both groups of patients before and after treatment TCM clinical symptoms, sickness and basal body temperature improvement situation.Through the comparison between the two groups of patients, after promoting the follicle ovulation development conditions, the thickness of the endometrium, serum E2, FSH and LH content, cervical mucus crystallization type and effective pregnancy rate by comparison. Results: The treatment group is better than control group,in the clinical curative effect with significant difference (P0.05). The traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment group is better than control group in sickness curative effect with significant difference (P0.05). After treatment the treatment group serum E2, LH, FSH are higher than the control group, compared with significant difference (P0.05). The treatment group endometrial thickness, cervical mucus crystallization type and size of mature follicle are better than the control group, compared with significant difference (P0.
