The Clinical Research of Flavored ShengMaiYin Care for Elderly Hyperlipidemia abstract Speciality:TCM internal Author:wanghualiang Tutor:lirui Objective: to study TCM theoretical system of elderly hyperlipidemia, observe the pathogenesis of aged ShengMaiYin flavored hyperlipemia curative effect. Methods: 60 cases included hyperlipemia patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group of 30 cases, the qi and promoting blood circulation method, taking flavored ShengMaiYin, 30 patients in taking 4s capsule, observed before and after treatment of improving relevant indicators. Through the statistical processing comparison between treatment group and control group the curative effect, statistics efficiently. Results: the healing process group and control group each have 1 patients with death exit observation. The treatment group powerfully in 12 cases, effective in 12 cases, invalid 5 cases failure; the total effective 82.76%. The control group powerfully in 14 cases, and effective got 11 cases, invalid 4 cases failure; the total effective 86.21%. Two groups of lipid levels before and after treatment were significantly lower total effective, before and after treatment no significant differences. Two groups in the healing process all did not happen adverse reactions. Conclusion: flavored ShengMaiYin for elderly hyperlipemia is a good therapeutic effect and blood stasis are the main pathogenesis, hyperlipemia and blood-activation treatment is an effective method of elderly hyperlipidemia.
