The clinical efficacy of treating menopause adenomyosis with the Circulation Xiaozheng combined with mifepristone Speciality： Gynecology of TCM Tutor： LvMei Author ： DongSixia Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the circulation Xiaozheng side combined with mifepristone in treating confining postmenopausal adenomyosis, and to explore its mechanism of action. Method: 60 cases of perimenopausal adenomyosis patients are randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases, oral circulation Xiaozheng side and mifepristone) and the control group (30 cases, oral mifepristone). Observe the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients of two groups before and after the treatment, as well as the changes of hemoglobin, immunological parameters, blood rheology, and the female endocrine hormone of the patients of two groups. Results: The clinical efficacy of the treatment group, namely, the efficacy of Chinese medicine symptomatology is better than the control group, and the statistical result is significant difference (P0.05); treatment group is significant in the efficacy of narrow Palace, correct anemia, improve various laboratory parameters (P0.05); follow-up observation and treatment group are better than the control group in the induction of menopause and reduce the efficacy of the Palace of body stability, and the statistical result is significant(P0.05). Conclusion: The circulation Xiaozheng side combined with mifepristone can improve the clinical symptoms and signs, reduce the Palace, correct anemia, improve blood rheology and the female endocrine levels, induce menopause, and enhance immunity.
