Gastroscope Performance of Peptic Ulcer and the Relevance of TCM Syndrome Types and the Tongue Research Speciality : Chinese medicine Clinical Author: Chen wenwen Tutor: Professor Cao zhiqun Abstract Objective:To investigate the typical behave of spleen stomach qi deficiency gastic ulser in fibergastoscope,which can offer objective evidence to the differentiation of syndromes. Methods:1.Clinical selection of PU patients met the inclusion criteria,129cases with literature review on the basis of clinical observation to develop the table,collecting medical records;2.by endoscopic observation of the 129 cases of mucosa of patients with performance and look of traditional Chinese medicine,Smell,and asked,cutting the combination of four diagnostic methods,and data entry;3.using SPSS 13.0 statistical software analysis, reflux esophagitis syndromes were analyzed. Result:There is no signficant difference of the area of ulcer,Location, and stage among these five goups(P0.05),but with the ulcer surrounding mucosa edema of congestion, size,Ulcer surface moss like, HP infection,tongue qualitative, coating on the tongue and clinical syndrome differentiations show some of the related.Taste cold empty group shows mucosa edema which is covered with white tongue coating on endoscopy view;mucosal congestion and edema in the stomach yin deficiency type,mixed type of cold and heat,blood stasis obstructing the collaterals syndrome type was significantly higher than that of three other syndromes;HP infection in incoordination between the liver and the spleen,cold and heat mixed and blood stasis obstructing the collaterals syndrome type
