The study of intervention mechanism for Wenyang and Huoxue to vWF and TM in coronarospasm partner with slow heart rate Specialy: Cardiovascular Disease, Cardiovascular Medicine of TCM Author: Hang Zihao Tutor: Professor Zhang Yunhui Abstract Objective: To observe the clinical effect of WenYangHuoXue Method on the Coronary Artery Spasm (CAS) patients with Yang-deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.This research is for the purpose of studying intervention mechanism of Wenyang and Huoxue to vWF and TM in coronarospasm patients with slow heart rate. Methods: 60 cases of coronarospasm associated with slow heart rate were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases), the control group take hydrochloride benidipine (trade name : Coniel) 4mg qd, metoprolol 12.5 mg bid , On the basis of the control group,treatment group takes Xintongning: Astragalus 30g, Huang Jing 15g, Angelica 12g, Chuan Xiong 10 g, Cinnamon 6g,Safflower 6 g. After 4 weeks ， by comparing symptom of TCM, resting heart rate (RHR),cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), nitric oxide (NO), endothelin (ET),von Willebrand factor (vWF), thrombin regulatory protein (TM) levels ，we can get some useful results. Results: The Xintongning uniting the conventional western medicine treatment is efficient to alleviate angina pectoris degree of coronarospasm patients with slow heart rate, the improvement symptom of TCM, reduces the myocardial ischemia, reduces RHR, and haves obvious influence in target to the coronarospasm patients with slow heart rate, obviously improves endothelium target, reduces the level of TC TG ET NO and vWF 、 TM expression, improves blood vessel endothelium injury ，which is
