Clinical Study on NAFLD with Electric-needle on HuaTuo-jiaji Acupoints Speciality: Acup-mox ＆ massage Author: Wangning Tutor: Tan Qiwen Abstract Objective: To observe the different influences of stimulating different acupiont –group on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD ）. Method : In this observation, 60 cases of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (lost one case,factually finished 59 cases)randomly divided into two groups. one group including T9、T10 is treating group,another group including Ganshu and Danshu is comparison group.Recording the changes of TCM clinical syndrome score,Ultrasound score, TG,CH and ALT, between two clinical stages and making analysis on this changes. Results :Both groups have effect on treating nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.there were extraordinary significant difference in improving TCM clinical syndrome score and Ultrasound score. But there were non-significant difference in TG,CH and ALT.It is confirmed that the effect of the treating group is better than the comparison group. Conclusion :On treating nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,the effect of treating group (including T9 、T10 acupiont)is better than the comparison group(Ganshu and Danshu acupiont).
