Buyanghuanwu decoction for the treatment research of carotid atherosclerosis in T2D Specialty: Internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine Author: Lv Xiao-yan Tutor: Prof. Xu Yun-sheng Abstract Objective We need understand the symptoms, signs, etiology and pathogenesis of diabetes carotid atherosclerosis disease, and carry on the effective intervention, and delay the disease process. Method 60 patients experiments of the research object are diagnosed as diabetes carotid atherosclerosis .Every client taken is asked detail history and physical examinations. The study adopts the randomized methods, and the test results are recorded timely and accurately. Result The results comparing 60 patients’ Symptoms before and after the treatments and examinations show that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.4% , while that of the control group was 60%.The former Is superior to the later (p 0.05 ) . Conclusion Buyanghuanwu decoction really can effectively improve the diabetes carotid atherosclerosis symptoms, especially qixuxueyu type, improving the quality of life of patients with diabetes. The research is worth further.
