Curative Effect Observation of Conventional Acupuncture with Tianzong Thorn Cutem on Hyperplasia of Mammary Gland Speciality：Acupuncture and Moxibustion Author ：Zhang Fen Tutor：Professor Shan Qiuhua Abstract Object ：To observe and evaluate the clinical curative effect of the acupuncture therapy by conventional acupuncture with Tianzong thorn cutem on Hyperplasia of Mammary Gland (HMG).To explore the mechanism initially so as to seek a new acupuncture method and scheme for HMG. Method: By the way of random and trial, 60 HMG were randomly assigned into A group, 30 patients received acupuncture therapy by conventional acupuncture with Tianzong thorn cutem ，and B group in which 30 patients accepted conventional acupuncture therapy. Compare the scores of breast pain, breast mass and symptoms of integral whole after the treatment. And to compare the short-term curative effect between the two groups. Result: 1.The scores of breast pain in both groups had significant difference after the treatment (P0.01). There was a significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). 2. The scores of breast mass in both groups had significant difference after the treatment (P0.01). There was a significant difference between the two groups (P0.01). 3. The scores of emotions, expansion and fullness in both flank, abnormal menstruation etc. in both groups had significant difference after the treatment (P0.01).
