Clinical Study on Su Pu Liu Jun Decoction in Treating Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Speciality: Internal Medicine of TCM Author: Li Jiali Tutor: Prof.Wang Weiming Abstract Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the clinical efficacy on Su Pu Liu Jun Decoction in Treating gastroesophageal reflux disease , and try to discuss deeply the etiology and pathogenesis of gastroesophageal reflux disease and clarify the efficacy and mechanism of Su Pu Liu Jun Decoction by using the theory of TCM. Methods: In establishing the strict diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria and efficacy of assessment criteria, based on a random, balanced against the principle of 70 patients qualified as subjects 35 cases were divided into experimental group given Su Pu Liu Jun Decoction ; 35 cases were divided into control group treated with oral omeprazole tablets and domperidone tablets. Above two groups of patients symptoms, signs and gastroscopic examination were observed before and after treating between the two groups of patients.A course of treatment sustains 1 month with a observation of two courses and a total of 2 months. Results: Su Pu Liu Jun Decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms .And it can invigorate the spleen , disperse the depressed liver-energy , regulating vital energy , calm the adverse-rising energy , dissipate phlegm and easy the stomach .The total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.43% ,while the total effective rate of the control group was 77.14%, the two groups were significantly different (P 0.05). Conclusion:Su Pu Liu Jun Decoction has a significant and exact effect on 苏朴六君汤治疗脾虚气郁痰阻型胃食管反流病的临床研究 gastroesophageal reflux disease, and it can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms with a high clinical value.
