台州船舶制造业存在的问题及其对策的研究.docVIP

摘要：近年来，台州地区造船业获得长足的发展，但是在快速的发展过程中造船业容易遭遇发展瓶颈，比如存在高端人才缺乏、经营管理机制落后、造船企业融资难且风险高、配套产业不发达、技术设计水平落后等问题。本文通过相关船舶文献的查阅，对台州地区的造船业其发展中存在的问题进行分析，并提出相关的对策建议，如引进高素质管理技术人才、加强管理机制的建设、建立相应的投融资体系、促进配套产业的发展和加强政府扶持等措施。 关键词：船舶产业；现状；台州；对策 Abstract: In recent years, Taizhou shipbuilding industry received considerable development, but it’s vulnerable to get the development bottleneck in the process of rapid development of shipbuilding industry, such as the lack of existence of high-end talents, management mechanism behind, shipbuilding and high-risk financing, and the supporting industries are not developed, technical design lags behind other issues. This paper documents related to access to the ship, the shipbuilding industry of Taizhou problems in its development analysis and make relevant suggestions, such as the introduction of high-quality management and technical personnel, to strengthen management and build the appropriate investment and financing system to promote the development of supporting industries and the strengthening of government support and other measures.
