摘 要 综述了环氧乙烷的性质、用途及生产方法简介了直接氧化法合成环氧乙烷的方法及反应原理。以年产l.5万吨环氧乙烷的固定床反应器设计为例，介绍固定床反应器工艺计算和结构计算情况。 根据设计条件和要求，通过物料恒算、热量恒算及其他工艺计算设计出年产l.5万吨环氧乙烷的固定床反应器，并确定反应器的选型和尺寸，计算压降，催化剂用量等，设计出符合要求的反应器。 关键词 环氧乙烷；固定床反应器；物量衡算；能量衡算 Abstract The nature use and production methods of Oxirane were simply introduced.
