Large-scale medicine Corp and overseas medicine organization are taking any opportunities to make large profits, while middle small enterprise is difficult to make a living . From this we can see that opportunity coexists with challenge. To survive in and develop in this fierce market competition, Small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises should cooperate with each other in many ways , take complementary advantages, study the characteristic product, and develop the market-oriented product with market potential. They should innovate the means of marketing, enrich the channel of marketing, and take a healthy road for developing rapidly. According to the investigation and analysis from current small and medium-sized medicine enterprises, this paper discusses the development strategy and direction of them.
