北京信息科技大学 毕业设计（论文） 题 目：直驱电机集成的转塔刀架结构设计 学 院： 机电工程学院 专 业： 机械设计制造及其自动化 学生姓名： 赵启明 班级/学号2010010163 指导老师/督导老师： 王科社 起止时间：2014 年 2月24日 至2014 年6月8日 摘 要 数控转塔刀架是加工中心、数控车床必备的机床附件，是数控车床上的核心功能部件之一，尤其适用全功能数控车床。当前，数控机床发展迅猛，一方面向高速、高效、高精度方面发展，同时，在制造行业中广泛存在原有设备的数控改造和系统升级问题。作为关键附件，高性能的数控转塔刀架对于提高机床整体运行的可靠性、稳定性和效率有着重要意义，数控转塔刀架是由数控系统来控制的，因此，在转塔刀架本身性能提高的情况下，如何实现控制任务就显得十分重要了。国内数控车床转塔刀架的设计和生产都是依赖先进国家的，而且产品的性能方面跟国外还有一定的差距，期待开发设计一种性能最优，最有实用价值的转塔刀架，来适应市场，替代进口产品低价位的数控车床用转塔刀架，占领国内市场，并达到国际领先水平，为国产机床工业的发展作出贡献。 本文针对对转塔刀架的设计开展研究，紧跟世界转塔刀架的先进水平，在了解各种先进转塔刀架的基础上，研究直驱电机集成的转塔刀架结构，对直驱的电机与转塔刀架进行集一体化结构设计。 关键词：数控机床；转塔刀架；直驱电机；结构设计ABSTRACT NC(numerical control) turret is a key component of NC machine tools and processing center, one of the core part of NC lathe. Especially in NC lathe. At present, the rapid development of CNC machine tools needed high speed, high efficiency, high precision. At the same time,the old equipment widely upgrades in the manufacturing industry. As a key attachment, high-performance NC turret is commanded to improve the reliability, stability and efficiency of the overall operation, NC turret is composed of NC control system.Therefore,improving the turret performance situation it is very important to the control task. Design and production of domestic NC lathe turret are dependent on the advanced countries.Product performance com[pared with abroad still a certain gap.Looking forward to design an optimal performance, the practical value of the turret, to adapt to the market.NC lathe imports low-priced alternative with turret.
