技术协议 代理商：香港霍拉实业有限公司 买方：罕王集团有限公司 代理商负责为买方从制造商购买S8 TIGER型X射线荧光仪签订本协议，安装调试及售后服务由德国布鲁克AXS有限公司全面负责。 S8 TIGER技术协议 S8 TIGER Technical Agreement 设备名称及用途 Name of the Equipment and Purpose 设备名称：X射线荧光光谱仪 Name: X-ray Fluorescence spectrometer 设备型号：S8 TIGER Model: S8 TIGER 数量：1套 Quantity: one set 设备用途：用于固体、粉末等进行定性、定量及无标样定量分析，分析范围从亚ppm级到100%。 Purpose: For qualitative, quantitative and standardless analysis ppm to 100% in solid, powder, liquid samples. 计算机数据传送采用Ethernet 100M网卡，具有自动传输系统。 The computer contains netcard, the analysis results can be transferred to other computer within Windows world. 设备的性能保证完全能够满足设备用途中所描述的样品测试内容及含量测试范围。仪器的安装调试验收按技术协议中第五项描述的内容进行。 The performance of the equipment fulfills the requirements described in the Purpose. The installation and commissioning procedure is done according to clause 5 described in this technical part. 仪器的精密度、长期稳定性的检验按技术协议中第五项进行，验收标准符合JJG810-93《波长色散X射线荧光光谱仪》计量检定规程A级别技术性能参数指标要求。 The precision and long term stability of the instrument are tested according to clause 5 described in this technical part, the acceptance criterion fulfills the regulations of JJG810-93. 除卖方的供货范围外，最终用户需要准备一间面积在13-15平方米的房间放置主机，房间内安装一台空调，一般温度控制在17-29度左右，相对湿度20－80％。另准备必要的P10气体、计算机桌、书架、柜子等。为便于今后的远程仪器故障诊断及维修联络，建议配备电话一部。具体的水、电、气等要求见预安装要求。 The end-user should prepare a room about 13-15 square meters for the main system.
