摘 要 温度是个很普遍而又非常重要的参数，在日常生活、工农业生产以及汽车领域都有着广泛的应用。因此，研制能够准确地测试和记录这个参数值并能够进行数据传输的系统具有十分重要的意义。 发动机温度传感器包括水温和进气温度传感器,是电控发动机中众多传感器中的一种,是现代发动机的感觉器官,其作用是感知冷却水和进气的温度并将感知的温度转换成电信号向电控单元输出。根据感知温度的高低对喷油量作出进一步的修正,从而使发动机处于最佳的工作状态运行。一旦温度传感器损坏或工作不正常,则电控发动机将会工作失常,出现故障。因此对发动机温度传感器测试系统的研究十分重要。 本课题描述了基于汽车温度传感器的种类、原理，并研究了汽车发动机温度传感器的工作过程及其检测方式。根据现在车用温度传感器的发展趋势，本课题详细介绍了AD590集成温度传感器的机构和特性，并论述了其原理。最后设计一个具有温度测量、测试结果显示等基本功能的汽车冷却液温度传感器测量系统，该系统能准确检测传感器的性能，方法可行，能保证测试系统测试数据的准确性和可靠性。 关键词：测试系统；AD590传感器；性能检测；发动机 Abstract Temperature is a very common and very important parameter, in daily life, agricultural production and automotive fields have a wide range of applications. Therefore, the development can accurately test and record the parameter values and be able to sense data transmission system is very important. Engine temperature sensor includes a temperature and intake air temperature sensor, electronically controlled engine, a large number of sensors are the sensory organs of modern engine, its role is perceived cooling water and inlet air temperature and perceived temperature into electrical signals output to the electronic control unit. According to the temperature level of perception to make further amendments to the fuel injection quantity, so that the engine is running at its best working condition. Once the temperature sensor is damaged or not working properly, the electronically controlled engine will malfunction, failure. So research on engine temperature sensor test system is very important. This paper describes a temperature sensor based on the type of car, principles, and studied the work processes and their detection methods automotive engine temperature sensor.
