PLC控制的中水回用处理系统设计 摘 要中国水资源人均占有量少，空间分布不平衡。随着中国城市化、工业化的加速，水资源的需求缺口也日益增大。中水回用目前与自来水生产、供水、排水、处于同等重要地位。, 污水厂的正常运行率和出水合格率不高,利用PLC与流量计、PH计、温度计和液位计组成污水处理控制系统，通过以太网实现上位机监控，对生产和生活过程中产生的废水进行净化、中和以及生化氧化等处理, 使其最终达到“中水”的排放标准。由于应用软件控制代替了硬件控制, 不仅提高了污水处理厂的正常运行率, 而且为自动化控制的顺利实现创造了条件。 本设计介绍了PLC在污水处理系统中的应用及 PLC控制系统的配置和控制方式，并对PLC和上位机组成的控制系统的主要功能进行了叙述，从而实现污水处理正果过程的实时监测和自动控制。 设计中运用了温度传感器、液位传感器、流量传感器和酸碱度传感器来采集信号，经PLC处理分析后分别控制各水泵、风机和阀门的启停与开关，从而实现了生产过程的自动化。 关键词：PLC；污水处理；中水回用；传感器；组态软件 Abstract Water pollution is a serious problem faced by our city, It is not only harmful to peoples health but also Restrict Chinas economic development. It destroyed the ecological balance, and easily lead to water shortages from occurring. The Chinese water resources average amount per capita are few, the spatial distribution is not balanced. Along with the Chinese urbanization, the industrialization acceleration, the water resources demand gap also day by day increases. Therefore, Sewage treatment and running water production、water supplying、draining water and the water sales commission is at the equally important position now . For the low level of computer management and automatic control system of the p resent stage of China’s sewage treatment plants, and the low rate of the normal operation of wastewater treatment, using PLC and flowmeter, PH meter, level meter thermometer and composition of the industrial sewage treatment control system, monitoring by the Ethernet. Especially for the industrial wastewater produced by the factory, by neutralization and biochemical oxidation processing, the system will purify the water, making it up to the emission standard. Instead of hardware control, software control can imp rove the rate of the normal operation, and create the conditions for the smooth realization of the automatic control.
