本科生毕业论文 关于企业对外贸易人民币汇率风险管理研究 学 院 管理学院 专 业　工商管理（会计学） 2015年5月 关于企业对外贸易人民币汇率风险管理研究 摘 要 2005年7月21日，经国务院批准，中国人民银行宣布：人民币汇率“一篮子货币”政策开始实施，我国进入了浮动汇率制度市场经济。在浮动汇率制度下，汇率水平随着市场的变化而变化，外汇市场供给需求起着决定性的作用。对于涉外经济主体而言，由于汇率的波动较为频繁，因此其在从事国际金融和国际贸易活动的过程中，汇率风险就显得非常突出，对其管理也变得愈加重要。故在新形势下，以出口为导向的企业应认真研究的汇率风险的类型和特点，逐步加强对汇率风险的管理，以找到一个合理有效的应对策略。因此，本文首先从介绍汇率风险的基本概念和分类出发，其次分析人民币汇率变动可能产生的后果，汇率风险的现状，存在的问题并分析其产生的原因；然后，根据存在的这些问题有针对性地对我国外贸企业提出一些风险管理的对策；最后，阐述了我国涉外企业在当前人民币浮动汇率机制这一大环境下，外贸企业加强汇率风险管理的重要性，又对人民币汇率走势进行了分析。 关键词：风险约束；汇率风险；人民币汇率 About Foreign Trade Enterprises of RMB Exchange Rate Risk Management ABSTRACT July 21, 2005, approved by the State Council, Peoples Bank of China announced: RMB exchange rate basket of currencies policy began, China has entered a floating exchange rate system of the market economy. Under the floating exchange rate system, the exchange rate as the market changes and changes in the foreign exchange market supply and demand play a decisive role.
