CHANGZHOU INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY 毕 业 论 文 题目：盐城市旅游产业发展研究 二级学院： 经济与管理学院 专 业： 国际经济与贸易易、 班级： 10贸一 学生姓名： 林晓玲 学号： 指导教师： 龚恩华 职称： 讲师 评阅教师： 蔡志敏 职称： 讲师 2014年 5 月 摘 要 随着第三产业的不断发展，旅游业越来越彰显其重要性，各个城市都加大发展力度。旅游业的发展不仅能带动整个城市的经济发展，还能提升这个城市的品牌度。 盐城作为江苏省内的二级城市，尽管其在发展旅游业中采取了一些措施，但是近几年盐城市旅游业的总收入却呈现下降的趋势，这显然是与旅游业的快速发展现状不相符的。本文试图从经济学的角度分析盐城市旅游业的发展现状，找出其在发展过程中存在的问题，例如：旅游资源开发不充分、政府重视度不够、营销力度不足等，再针对这些问题提出一些合理的建议，例如：培养旅游高端人才、培养多元化旅游景点、加大资金投入等，希望这些建议能够有效促进盐城市旅游业的发展。 关键词：盐城市 旅游业 发展 Abstract With the continuous development of the tertiary industry, highlighting the growing importance of tourism, cities have increased development efforts. Development of tourism not only to promote economic development throughout the city, but also to enhance the brand of the city. Yancheng is a secondary city in Jiangsu province, although they have taken a number of measures in the development of tourism, but in recent years, the total income of Yancheng tourism showed a downward trend, which is clearly not match with the rapid development of tourism in the social. This paper attempts to analyze from an economic point of Yancheng tourism development situation, find out its existence in the development process issues, such as: inadequate development of tourism resources, and insufficient government attention, lack of marketing efforts, etc., and then put forward to address these issues some reasonable suggestions, such as: high-end tourist train personnel, training diverse tourist attractions, increase capital investment in the hope that these recommendations can effectively promote the development of tourism in Yancheng.
