毕业论文（设计） 我国中小企业财务管理信息化建设策略与模式研究 姓 名： 王雷 学 号： P101612684 学 院： 管理学院 专 业： 会计学 班 级： 会计一班 指导老师： 谷蕾 我国中小企业财务管理信息化建设策略与模式研究 专业：会计学 姓名：王雷 指导老师：谷蕾 摘 要 经济全球化和信息全球化的迅速发展，为我国的信息化基础设施和网络技术的快速发展带来了良好的机遇与严峻的挑战。面临机遇与挑战，为了改善企业管理的信息化水平，进而提高企业在市场上的核心竞争力，我国有一部分企业已经开始对信息化建设跃跃欲试，特别是作为信息化建设的重要组成部分的财务管理信息化更是激发了许多企业的兴趣。但是我们也应该清醒的意识到，财务管理信息化虽然可以给企业产生丰厚的经济效益，但也给企业的信息化管理水平带来了严峻的挑战。 本文首先阐述了我国中小企业有关财务管理信息化的基本现实，然后对我国中小企业财务信息化管理发展过程中面临的障碍进行了探讨，并进一步提出了相应的策略与模式方面的意见。本文的写作目的在于为我国中小企业财务信息化建设提供科学的理论依据，从而帮助我国中小企业更好的实现企业的经济利益。 关键词 中小企业，财务管理信息化，问题，策略，模式 ABSTRACT With the high speed growth of economic globalization and information globalization, the rapid development of Chinas information technology infrastructure and network technology has brought good opportunities and many challenges. Facing opportunities and challenges , in order to improve the level of enterprise management about information and to improve enterprises core competitiveness on the market ,some enterprises have begun to try to work on Informatization construction, especially in the financial management of information technology as an important part of more information is to stimulate the interest of many companies . But we also should realize that the information of financial management who is an important part of enterprise informatization , although it can generate substantial economic benefit for the company , the same time it can also bring a serious challenge. The article describes the basic reality about our financial management information of SMEs, and then analyse the causes of obstacle when SMEs develop the information management ,finally I provide some building strategies and advices . What the Purpose of writing this article is to provide some practical and theoretical basis for the construction of SME financial information , then to help SMEs to achieve the economic their benefits as much as possible.
