保密类别 编 号 20111105341 武汉大学珞珈学院 毕 业 论 文 我国中小企业融资难的解决途径探讨——兼析“地下钱庄”的出路 系 别 经济与管理学系 专 业 会计学 年 级 2011级会计九班 学 号 20111105341 姓 名 吴天昊 指导教师 李淑萍 武汉大学珞珈学院 2015年05月15日  摘　　要 中小企业的发展已经成为繁荣国民经济和社会稳定的重要力量，创造大量的就业机会、繁荣市场经济以及改善人民的生活水平等诸多方面发挥了重要的作用。市场经济体制下，中小企业的发展正是活跃市场，防止市场垄断，促进竞争的重要经济成分，满足人们消费的多样化需求。中小企业的发展是市场经济发展的必然结果，也是市场竞争的内在要求，是我国经济的重要支撑。中小企业创造的价值在GDP总量中占有重要的比重，因此加快中小企业的发展，是维持国民经济持续发展的有力保障。 目前，我国中小企业融资呈现出融资渠道偏窄、融资规模偏小、融资成本偏高以及融资期限偏短等特点，融资问题已严重影响中小企业发展，从我国的实际出发，找到有效的方法和措施。概述中小企业当前的资金融通状况，分析了解造成融资困难的原因，提出合理的对策与建议，解决中小企业融资困难。同时民间融资“地下钱庄”有其存在的合理性和必要性,应该通过合法化的方法引导其向正确的方向发展。 关键词：中小企业 融资 对策 渠道  Solution to Financing Problems of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Our Country to Explore, and Analysis the Underground Way to go ABSTRACT The development of small and medium-sized enterprises has become the important force in the prosperity of national economy and social stability, create many jobs, prosperity of market economy and improve peoples living standards, and many other aspects play an important role.Under the market economy system, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is the active market, prevent market monopoly, promote competition important economic composition, meet the diverse needs of the people consumption.The development of small and medium-sized enterprises is the inevitable result of market economy development, also is the internal requirement of market competition, is the significant support of our countrys economy.Small and medium enterprises to create value in the GDP occupies an important share, thus accelerate the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, is to maintain sustainable development of national economy.
