浅谈云南茶文化旅游开发及其对旅游业的牵引 【摘要】云南是我国也是世界茶文化发源地，是古老的产茶胜地，这里保留了古老清新的制茶用茶方式，自然质朴的茶礼，丰富多彩的茶风俗等独特的茶文化。几千年发展所形成的茶文化体系，不仅包含了我国的传统思想，伦理，道德及世界观意识，而且反映了人们对人生信仰，崇高境界的追求。普洱市以普洱茶闻名与海内外，其历史悠久，文化底蕴深厚，具有很高的旅游价值。但当地仅把茶叶生产作为产业方向，忽视了其自身的文化价值，使普洱茶的综合效益没有得到充分的体现。在云南旅游业发展良好的背景条件下，加大茶文化旅游商品开发，加大宣传力度，使云南茶文化，特别是普洱茶文化创造出其应有的经济效益和社会效益。 【关键词】 云南茶文化旅游 开发 普洱 【Abstract】Yunnan province is the cradle of Chinese tea culture,the most ancient tea-producing region,where keeps the ancient pure and fresh tea treating methods naturel and unaffected tea manners abundant ancient .The system of the tea culture which has been formed over thousands of years, not only comprise the chinese tradition ideas, morality , ethics and world outlook ,but refiected men’s pursuit of the life and spiritual renovation . The county of PuEr is famous all around the world for its tea. It possesses a very high tourist value with its long history and deep cultural connotation. However, the local government simply regarded the tea production as an industry, and ignored the culture and value it contained in it. Its integrated benefit was never embodied .With the development of tourism and the construction of ethnic culture in Yunnan. Try every way to bring its potential economic power into reality, including enrich the tea tourism programmes, strengthen the tea tourism products development and promotion, etc. 【Key words】yunnan tea-culture; development; puer 茶文化是包括茶艺、茶道、茶的礼仪，精神及与茶有关的众多文化现象,的综合体。 云南，既有宜茶的人文环境，又有宜茶的自然环境。生活在这里的的各族人民，在长期的知茶、植茶、用茶的过程中形成了自己独有的风格和特点。茶作为世界著名的饮品之一，其生津止渴，提神醒脑，消食解酒的的功能早以为世人所公认。我国采制茶和饮用叉的历史可以追溯到公元前1100年的周代。在漫长的历史发展过程中，种茶、采茶、制茶、饮茶及相关的种种习俗，理念已经成为我国文化体系中的一部分，茶作为一种载体构成我国传统文化的缩影。主要表现为：中国传统文化精髓儒、道、佛与饮茶的过程相互融合创立了我国的茶道精神；从烤茶、选茶、煮茗、列具、品饮等一系列茶艺作为特殊的艺术过程，显示我国传统的美学意境；将茶事过程视为精神陶冶过程，强调在茶事中自我修养， 形成清高素雅的品格。 在中国茶文化中，无论儒、道、佛何种信仰，都具有质朴、自然、清雅、无私、平和的思想内涵，要具有浪漫精神和浩然之气。让人们在青灯古刹中，体会茶的苦寂；在琴台书房中，理解茶的韵味；在品茗欢饮中，得到亲情与友谊。茶理之深，茶意之远，只在中国茶文化的不断熏陶下，才能得到体味。 云南是茶的愿产地之一，普洱茶更是享誉世界的佳茗。优越的自然条件和悠久的茶史孕育出珍奇的茶品和灿烂的茶文化，在云南省政府提出的把云南建成“绿色经济强省”和“民族文化大省”的发展思路
