海洋工程三维立体查询与工程信息管理系统的研究 ? 侯 强 许 静 ? （胜利石油管理局海洋石油开发公司） ? 提 要 本文阐述了在工程方面，尤其是在加强工程的全过程管理方面存在的问题：(1)、海上特殊的工作条件，使现场管理受到很大的制约，工作效率也受到了严重影响。 (2)、几年来工程量大，导致资料繁多，且大多数以纸张作为介质，管理、存储、查找难度大。该文就如何提高工作效率，提出了开发软件系统总体设想。并同青岛海洋大学等高等院校合作开发该项目，该系统分为两大功能模块即：三维立体查询和工程信息查询。三维查询系统是利用多媒体技术以及VRML技术，以三维立体方式来显示和浏览采油平台及平台上的各种建筑物，它可使工作人员无须出海，便可进行决策，有效提高了工作效率。工程信息管理系统是利用SQL Server6.5数据库系统对工程数据进行日常管理、存档与维护，并实现与AutoCAD(图纸查询)的挂接。这个系统的开发将使资料变得易保管、易存储、易查询。 Summary Process management:1、The special working condition on the sea make it more difficult to manage the locale and working efficiency is very low.2、Because of the lots of years work, there are much data and the main media is paper , so its difficult to manage、save and query for the manager. to improve the working efficiency is the base idea of our software .To achieve the target, we cooperate with some colleges, such as the Ocean University of Qing Dao the main function of our software lies in two sides. the 3D query system and engineering information query system. The 3D query system uses multimedia and VRML technique, three-dimensional mode is used to display and browse the buildings on the oil flat roof. It is easy for the operator to make decision without leaving the office, thats to say, the working efficiency is highly improved. The engineering information query system uses SQL Server6.5 date base management system to manage、save and maintain the data, and achieve the connection with AutoCAD.
