With the reform and opening up 30 years of development, cashmere industry has become one of the characteristics and advantaged industry of Hebei Province, Qinghe County has become the largest cashmere processing and distribution center of raw materials and the nations leading cashmere textile base. Qinghe cashmere industry, is rather the size of the cashmere industry system, the international wool market also occupy a pivotal position, the effective market price is about leverage, Though Qinghe County is the main produce area of cashmere resources and one of the important produce center, but its not the brand and benefit.So there are still many problems in Qinghe cashmere industry . In this background, the paper begins the ABC of Qinghe cashmere industry, followed by the development of the cashmere industry and the reasons for the problems analyzed in detail.Accordingly,it found out the proper developing ways of Qinghe cashmere industry .Finally, it expounds the marketing strategies and tactics about Qinghe cashmere industry.
