Great changes have taken place since the birth of a new kind of media of the website of network. Especially in resent years, the network media of China has coming into a moment of flourish development, and at the same time, the grandness of network has becoming a menace to the traditional media. There is both competition and coordination, or the amalgamation between the traditional media and the network media. Moreover, the coordination and the conformity of the media is the direction of the future development. This study puts the concomitant actuality of the traditional media and the network as a background, and discusses the relationship between the two kinds of media. To the traditional media, the rising of the network media brings both challenge and opportunity. Although the network media has changed the visage of the traditional way of transmits, it does not mean that the network is going to take the place of the traditional media.
