湖北文理学院物理与电子工程学院 毕 业 论 文（设计） 论文题目： 基于组态软件的注塑机PLC控制系统的设计 EnglishTopic： P LC injection molding machine based on configuration software design of the control system 系 院： 物理与电子工程学院 专 业： 自 动 化 班 级： 10 1 1 学 生： 指导老师： 20 年 月 日 基于组态软件的注塑机PLC控制系统设计 摘要:注塑机简称塑料成型机，能够一次性高精度的成型复杂制品。随着社会的进步，塑料制品在各个领域都得到广泛应用，在日常生活中更是到处可见，甚至在军事上的很多方面也用到了注塑机成型的制品，目前注塑机已经成为注塑成型与加工行业的主流设备。传统的采用继电器、接触器作为电气控制部分的中、小型注塑机控制系统的缺点日益突出，主要表现为：线路复杂，继电器寿命短、动作较为缓慢，控制系统精度不准，同时故障率高，维修难度大等等。针对以上的问题，本次毕业设计基于组态软件的注塑机控制系统采用PLC来控制系统。本文对注塑机的结构和工作过程进行了分析，并对西门子S7-200 PLC的编程方法以及使用方法，进行了简单介绍。并且使用组态王软件进行仿真监控加以配合，设计出了一个完整的注塑机控制系统。 关键词： S7-200 PLC ;注塑机；组态王 Injection molding machine based on configuration software PLC control system design Abstract： Referred to as plastic injection moulding machine, forming machine, one-time precision molding of complex products. With the progress of society, plastic products are widely used in all fields, in everyday life is everywhere, even in many aspects of the military also used injection molding products, at present injection moulding machines have become the mainstream of injection molding and machining equipment. Traditional use of relays, contactors, as electric control system of medium and small injection moulding machine control systems shortcomings have become increasingly prominent, mainly for: line complex, short relay for life, the movement has been slower, precision control systems are not allowed, while the failure rate is high, maintenance is difficult, and so on. For the above problem, this graduation design of injection molding machine control system based on configuration software using PLC control system. This paper analyzes the structure and work process of injection machine and Siemens S7-200 PLC programming techniques and how to use them, a brief introduction. And simulation using kingview software combination monitor, designed a complete injection molding machine control system. Keywords: S7-200
