[十一届全国人大二次会议发言人 李肇星]十一届全国人大二次会议将于3月5日上午开幕，13日上午闭幕，会期8天半。 The Second Session of the 11th People’s Congress will open on the morning of March 5. It will last for eight and a half days, and close on the morning of March 18. 大会刚才举行了预备会议，通过了会议议程，选举了由171人组成的大会主席团，选举王兆国为大会秘书长。预备会议后，举行了主席团第一次会议，推选了14位主席团常务主席。通过了会议日程和执行主席、分组名单，决定李建国、王万宾、李肇星、赵胜轩、尤权为大会副秘书长。决定了本次会议表决议案办法，并决定3月9日18时为代表提出议案截止时间。 The agenda of this session was adopted at the just concluded preparatory meeting, and 171 member presidium were elected.
