本科毕业生设计（论文） 题 目 北凌安置房二号楼造价文件编制 土木工程 院（系） 土木工程 专业 学生姓名 学号 指导教师 职 称 指导教师工作单位 起讫日期 2015.3.2—2015.06.12 摘 要 本次毕业设计的内容是的编制，北凌安置房2号楼为砌体结构本次文件计算的建筑面积为5523.5平方米所选楼层为地上非机动车库、地上五层、阁楼该造价文件的编制在中占有非常重要的地位施工单位可以根据进行投标报价。本次文件的编制依据江苏工民建设发展有限公司提供的北凌安置房号楼建筑设计图纸以及结构设计图纸利用造价相关知识结合完成北凌安置房2号楼造价。 这次毕业设计北凌安置房2号楼的编制采用的是清单计价模式，本次设计在清单组价方面，我采用的是依据《江苏省建筑与装饰工程计价表》（204），以及江苏省20费用定额和《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》，利用未来清单软件并且结合2015年南京建材市场指导价对单价进行修改，确保计算出真实可靠的工程造价。本次造价文件满足建筑施工图和有关的法律规定，最后利用未来清单导出的相关报表，进行造价分析，撰写出自己降低工程造价方法。 关键词：清单计价；造价分析；降低造价 The graduation project for this time is the formation of the beiling placement two floor.
